Our software is CE certificated and does not transmit sensitive data externally.The camera processes data locally without data transfer or storage. Our robot data bandwidth is also limited, transmitting only robot working data.
a.Hardware differences:
The blade disc on the G10 and G20 is located on the side with a 19.6cm cutting width, while the G30's blade disc is located in the middle with an increased 22cm cutting width.
b. Maximum daily mowing area:
The G10, G20, and G30 correspond to 1000㎡, 2000㎡, and 3000㎡ maximum daily mowing area respectively.
c. Cloud services differ:
The three models save a different number of maps in the cloud. G6: 5 maps, G10: 10 maps, G20: Unlimited, G30: Unlimited.
It is best to have a power source near the lawn. Avoid areas with professional signal shielding devices. Position the charging station somewhere away from water accumulation.
Thanks to its large drive wheels, iSward works well on uneven terrain and slopes up to 25° (1st gen) or 30° (2nd gen).
The 2nd gen iSward uses dual vision algorithms so the robot can more autonomously identify boundaries, obstacles and moving objects on the lawn. So when it encounters objects like pets, it will stop, reverse, and choose another path.
When the battery is low, it will automatically return to the charging station. After charging, it resumes working from the memory point. It may also happen when avoiding temporary obstacles, circumventing the lawn.
There is a rain sensor device on top of the robot. When the water reaches a certain level, the robot automatically returns to the charging station. When resuming work, it returns to the previous memory point to continue mowing.

Using it has been super convenient, especially being able to adjust the cutting height effortlessly through the app, catering to different lawn needs ranging from 3 cm to 6 cm. This ensures a smooth and tidy lawn after mowing.
The mower can intelligently detect and avoid obstacles on the lawn in real-time, such as rocks, flower beds, and even small saplings, thus preventing unnecessary damage or getting stuck. Though it pauses operation when the signal is weak, it quickly resumes once the signal is back, which is reassuring.
Compared to traditional mowers, its low decibel feature significantly reduces noise, making it suitable for use day or night without disturbing neighbors or family. Additionally, its multiple anti-theft features, including an alarm system, remote locking and unlocking, and GPS tracking, provide peace of mind. These can be controlled and monitored remotely through the app, ensuring the machine's security.
All in all, I'm really pleased with this purchase. The smart lawn mower is user-friendly, delivers excellent mowing results, and keeps the lawn looking neat and appealing every time.
I have used this lawnmower several times and am extremely satisfied with its performance. Firstly, I completed the installation following the detailed instructions. Setting up the lawn working area through the mobile app was also straightforward, allowing me to quickly configure it.
What impressed me most about this lawnmower is its smart features. It doesn't require boundary wires and can automatically recognize and trim the edges of the lawn, maintaining a tidy appearance. It can also manage tasks across multiple areas, effortlessly handling the intricate design of my garden. Importantly, the lawnmower efficiently avoids various obstacles and plans the shortest and most efficient mowing paths around them. Whether it's trees, flower pots, or other decorations in the garden, it navigates safely without collisions.
During use, I noticed that it operates with very low noise, which is particularly important to me as it doesn't disturb my family or neighbors. Moreover, when the battery is low, it autonomously returns to the charging station for recharging, allowing me to confidently leave it to mow while I engage in other daily activities.
